Job Summary
The first priority is to provide leadership of the Sunday morning worship gathering, especially through the music, vocal, and tech teams. Secondarily, the preferred candidate will also be skilled and committed to discipling people through small groups. If the secondary skill set, spiritual giftedness, and ministry passion is in an area other than small groups (e.g., children, youth, administration, etc.), candidates are still encouraged to apply.
