Northwest Christian Church
Located in the northwest suburbs of Atlanta, GA, our church is on a mission to make more and better disciples of Jesus across the street and around the world. We do this by helping people connect to Jesus in weekend worship, creating environements where transformation happens, and equipping everyone to live on mission. We are a non-denominational family with an average weekend attendance around 400+. We place a strong emphasis on substance over style, building strong relational connections and digging deep into the Word. The northwest 'burbs of Atlanta are a great place to put down roots and raise a family. With excellent schools, a little more laid back vibe than downtown ATL, and access to lots of outdoor recreational opportunities, the community is ideal for someone who wants access to all the amenities of a major metro without all the "stuff" that often goes with it.

Job Summary
Some of the key qualities we are looking for in our next Pastor to Students are:
- A thriving and growing relationship with Jesus that shows up in a love for the Word, prayer and striving to live a life that honors Christ.
- A deep love for the Church and for all people that motivates you to pray for more people come to Christ and be His disciples.
- A verifiable track record of being able to take initiative and work independently without sitting around waiting for someone to tell you what to do.
- A dedicated team player who knows how to work well with others and desires to make a long term (3+ years) commitment to the Northwest family.
- Someone with a great sense of humor and a passion for really good coffee! (Okay…that coffee part is not really a thing but coffee is really important to a lot of us!)
Applicant Requirements
Previous full-time experience leading a ministry of comparable size is desired but not required. Salary is competitive and commensurate with education and experience.
