Northside Christian Church
Northside Christian Church, a truly multi-generational congregation, has a 120-year history of ministry on the Virginia Peninsula and is best known as a church that cares for hurting people. In the late 90's the church building was destroyed by fire and a season of ministry without a centralized location began. This 3-year experience provided them with an opportunity to prove God’s faithfulness as they essentially became a mobile church that remained fiercely committed to serving their city and making a difference. This extended season of mobile church led to evaluation and actually resulted in growth.

Job Summary
Northside Christian Church is seeking a full-time Worship Minister. We have a 120-year history of ministry on the Virginia Peninsula and are best known as a church that cares for hurting people. The Worship Minister has the primary responsibility of helping to shape and implement the vision for the church's worship experiences, as well as serve as the primary leader of the teams guiding our weekend worship experiences.
