Job Summary
Nelson Christian Church in Bardstown, Kentucky (Nelson County) is a healthy, growing, multi-generational church. We are affiliated with the Restoration Movement and are part of the fellowship of non-denominational Christian Churches. We have three services weekly (one traditional, two contemporary) with a vibrant children’s and youth program. We run 200 in attendance including 20+ in children’s ministry. We are in a rebuilding phase with our youth group having seen a number of key students graduate the past couple of years. Fifteen students went on our Middle/High School retreat in January, and the opportunities for future growth are bright. We are looking for a part-time student minister who could grow into a full-time member of our team, or perhaps a full-time minister who would focus on youth and some other areas of service based on giftedness.
