Lakeside Christian Church
Lakeside Christian Church is a healthy congregation with a mix of all ages of people from all walks of life. Our church attendance averages between 280-350 people on most Sundays with two worship services. We are looking to hire a young adult with a passion for the Lord and a love for Teens. The Youth/Associate Pastor will work alongside our Lead Minister, Marshall Masser, and under his Leadership as well as that of the Elders.

Job Summary
Responsibilities will include:
- Teaching and leading our youth groups (Jr. and Sr. High). Both on Sunday mornings and during the week.
- Working alongside a team of volunteers to minister to teens.
- Creating fun events as well as service opportunities for our teens at church and in the community.
- Planning and participating in short-term teen mission trips for teens.
- Overseeing our Servant Leadership Team and leading their meetings.
- In addition, sharing some responsibilities with the Lead Minister. You will have the opportunitiy to preach on Sunday mornings 3-4 times per year.
