Job Summary
Judson Road Christian Church is seeking a Lead Pastor with a focus on preaching. We are looking for a man who is committed to leading with excellence, preaching powerfully, modeling New Testament Faith, and capable of mentoring staff and other church leaders. A Bachelor's degree from an accredited Bible College is an expectation for the position. Prior experience leading a staff of 3 or more paid ministerial positions would be beneficial for our successful candidate. Experience preaching multiple services would also be a plus. There is also an expectation that the successful candidate will teach in addition to preaching. The church currently has 3 full-time ministerial staff and multiple part-time staff members. There are many lay leaders within the congregation and ministry efforts are shared between staff and volunteers. The church currently has an elder group of 4 elders. Approximately 350 people, youth through adults, attend on a given Sunday. Throughout the year we have Connection Groups, Life Groups, and many family focused events. We are committed to Unity, Prayer, Discipleship, and Outreach both in our local church body and the greater Kokomo community.
