Job Summary
Grand Avenue Christian Church is seeking a director for our children’s ministry. The children’s director will work under the oversight of the elders in leading children’s ministry from birth to fifth grade, to make disciples among children. This person should be a Christian with a growing relationship with Christ, be organized, communicative, and self-motivated. Job priorities include teaching, recruiting and overseeing volunteers, attracting through community and family events, focusing on Sunday morning opportunities for children, and developing relationships with parents and guardians. It is our heartfelt desire to develop opportunities for children to have every chance to know Jesus, to follow Jesus, and to love Jesus.
