Job Summary
FirstABQ is looking for one formed into the image of Jesus Christ with experience in leading others to follow Jesus through worship ministry. The process of designing and coordinating worship should guide and develop teams of people whose participation leads others to desire to follow Jesus. This position reports to the Senior Pastor and directs the worship and tech teams. This position is part-time 10-20 hours per week. Experienced self-starter ministers with other ministry skills may be considered for full-time ministry.

Applicant Requirements
FirstABQ is looking for a worship leader with 2-3 years of experience in leading worship. Applications will be accepted until March 31. Typically, we do initial phone and video interviews and then an onsite interview.
