Job Summary

First Christian Church of Starke, FL is searching for a Family Pastor. This position will serve as team leader over all aspects of family ministry.

Objectives:

•  Impact the lives of children and students with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
• Help parents navigate the waters of raising their children to grow and mature in Christ.
• Recruit a healthy base of volunteers to love, serve, and mentor students and children.
• Help build healthy bridges and relationships with the schools and community.
• Assist in the general function of the greater church ministry through your spiritual giftedness.

• Someone who desires to work in a healthy team environment.
• Someone who desires to be mentored and shepherded.

• Someone who is willing to wear different ministry “hats” as needs arise.
