Job Summary
The Youth Leader must have a call on their life from God to lead youth from children all ages to teens. The Youth Leader will develop and implement a ministry plan with the help of the church’s leadership team. This person will be responsible for the yearly vision of the entire youth program with a focus that as children grow in the youth, they will be ready for the next grade. All teaching must be in alignment with the Bible first and then also is in harmony with the core beliefs and values of FCC Gravette.
