Job Summary
Position Description First Christian Church of Clearwater, Florida is looking for a Children’s Director. This person will oversee the ministry impact of the birth through 5th-grade ages within FCC’s Crosswalk ministry. Essential parts of the job will include team development, parental development, and the implementation of overall mission & vision strategy.

What you need to have:

• The passion, and skill, to be a developer of people for Christ.
• A tactical, strategic thinker who has a grasp of systems and processes.
• 3-5 years of experience preferred, but we will accept resumes from all interested.
• Must be a team player, and willing to work under the leadership of the Elders and the Lead Pastor.
Clearwater and Pinellas County is located on the gulf coast of central Florida. Pinellas County has some of the most amazing beaches in the country. Additionally, Clearwater is the spring training site for the Philadelphia Phillies baseball team, and is within a few minutes of just about any type of entertainment, from professional baseball, football, hockey, and a host of museums, as well as, several theater and concert venues. Not to mention, some fabulous restaurants and Busch Gardens. Florida, and specifically, the Tampa Bay area, serve as some of the fastest growing areas in the country.
