CrossRoads Christian Church
At one point in time, our motivation to work revolved around the merger of two congregations and finishing the remodel of a new building, but that was years ago now. Now we are excited about what God's doing in the present while we remain excited for the future. We are continually looking for God's plan as we move forward as His Church. We want people to know the Gospel with their mind and feel the Gospel with their hearts. Jesus Christ, God's only son, came to the earth through a virgin birth, lived a sinless life and died on a cross after being severely beaten as the perfect sacrifice for our sin. Jesus rose from the grave three days later, conquering the sting of death, giving us hope for eternal life in heaven fully reconciled with God. We are here now because this is the time God has chosen for us to continue preaching this Good News to those God brings into our path. God loves every person we lock eyes with on any given day, and we need to all understand that Jesus paid the ultimate price for us. We're not worthy of that sacrifice and never will be, but we are given gift anyway because God loves us. This gift cannot be earned. Only the blood of Jesus was capable of giving us our forgiveness because He is something we can never be. He is perfect. In his perfection, God has allowed CrossRoads Christian Church to tell His story since 2006, and there may very well come a time that CrossRoads' story comes to an end, but our goal is not to build ourselves up and put CrossRoads on any pedestal. We want to make Jesus famous.

Job Summary
CrossRoads Christian Church is seeking a Teaching Pastor to provide the following:
- The primary voice in teaching/preaching the Word of God.
- The primary vision-caster in the forward movement of the congregation.
- Catalytic leadership of staff and ministry teams.
- Pastoral care within the church community and beyond.
- Collaborative efforts with church and organizations in the community.
Applicant Requirements
Education: At minimum possess a Bachelor of Arts degree in Christian Ministry from a Christian College or University. Experience: Must have five years or more experience of proven ministry in a congregational setting or para-church organization. Beliefs: Must be familiar with the tenets of the Restoration Movement and demonstrate a willingness to align with those beliefs.
