Job Summary
We seek an enthusiastic and motivated Student Ministry Leader to mentor and lead the Middle and High school Ministry and volunteers. As the Student Ministry Leader, you will mentor students and lead and equip volunteers in efforts to reach, lead, and disciple the Next Generation. You will work with other staff and ministry areas to push forward the mission of reaching for Jesus plus one in alignment with the mission, vision, and strategies of Crosspoint Christian Church. Crosspoint Students is known for connecting students to Jesus and to one another. Our church motto, Reaching for Jesus plus one, is a call to action for all ages; Pursue Jesus with everything you’ve got, and bring someone else along for the journey. Crosspoint Students reflects our motto by engaging students in small groups, high-energy programming, and discipleship training. This position requires a candidate who can encourage, train, equip, and send adult volunteer leaders into the Student Ministry to carry out the work of raising up the next generation of Christians.
