Job Summary
Discipleship Pastor will build and lead a Connection Ministry Team of leaders in pursuing excellence for all our outreach and discipling activities.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the Outreach, Life Groups and Discipleship Ministries.
- Build the congregation’s involvement in outreach through life groups and education.
- Be able to lead and thrive in a team-based environment.
- Be able to create and sustain a strong volunteer culture.
- Be proficient at utilizing social media and technology for ministry purposes.
