Job Summary
The Worship/Student Pastor is responsible for taking the mission and values of Cornerstone and implementing them personally in their own spiritual life, and practically in the lives the families of Cornerstone including: volunteers, parents, and students as part of the larger church body. The Worship Leader is responsible for taking the mission and values of Cornerstone and implementing them personally in their own spiritual life, through the Sunday worship gatherings, to make it possible for the larger church body to grow as disciples. This role is responsible for working with the creative team to develop, rehearse, and execute the Sunday worship gathering. This includes scheduling volunteers, coordinating songs to fit message for Sunday morning. This would include minor administrative duties working with our planning software to gather charts and music samples for all those scheduled.
