Job Summary
Provide visionary leadership for the Worship Ministry in alignment with Connect’s vision through casting vision, building teams, and developing leaders. Empower the Worship & Tech Teams to lead our church family in worship and lifting Jesus high. Design graphics and produce videos to enhance communication effectiveness. This is a part-time salaried position. Regular work hours would be Sunday-Thursday. Weekend and evening hours will be required for groups and events.
Applicant Requirements
Bachelor's Degree (preferred). Experience working with diverse teams and leadership. Experience in a worship/creative arts capacity. Contact Allee Houston for application and further details.
