Applicant Requirements
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Biblical Studies from a Bible college. • Minister leadership skills: o Ability to preach biblical truth effectively. o Ability to shepherd the congregation, helping members to strengthen their relationship with the Lord. o Ability to work with the Leadership Team to educate, disciple and equip members for service, and advance the Gospel in the church and in the community. o Effective communication skills and adequate computer skills with social media knowledge. • A willingness to live in the vicinity and become part of the community, helping the church to grow spiritually as well as in number.
