Job Summary
The Regional Development Director is appointed by the Christian Prison Ministry of Mid-America (CPMM-A) Board of Directors and works under the direct supervision of the CPMM-A Executive Director. Work includes communicating the love of God to the incarcerated through teaching and preaching, and representing the ministry in visits with church partners and others. The Regional Development Director is expected to be a servant leader and to lead an exemplary life modeling the call, character, and competencies of a minister of the gospel of Jesus Christ. The Regional Development Director is required to adhere to the CPMM-A Statement of Faith in all ministry related activity.

Applicant Requirements
Four years of experience as a minister or church leader (Elder, Deacon or Sunday School Teacher), or graduation from a Bible college/university. Prior fundraising experience is preferred
