Job Summary
The Associate Minister will help accomplish our mission to Love God, Love People, and Make Disciples by preaching the Gospel, overseeing our discipleship process and coordinating pastoral care.
Specific Tasks:
- Preach the Gospel and coordinate weekly services at our Knappa Location.
- Oversee our discipleship process and cultivate a culture of discipleship.
- Coordinate pastoral care for the church. Train others to help with pastoral care needs.
- Any variety of ministry tasks needed for a multiple location church as assigned by the Lead Minister.
Time Commitment:
- Full time salaried position.
- May require extra time for special events or emergency situations.
- Required to be at weekly staff meetings and sermon preparation meetings.
- Other meetings for training volunteers.
