Job Summary
We are looking an associate minister to help oversee our follow-up process, discipleship system, and pastoral ministry. We have a big need in these critical ministries to help people feel more connected to the church and to their faith. We need someone who is detail oriented and has a pastoral heart. With three services in two locations, there will also be plenty of opportunities to fill-in preaching duties for the Lead Minister.
