Chillicothe Christian Church is currently seeking a Senior Pastor to share the gifts God has given him to lead our congregation, direct the staff and volunteer leaders, provide spiritual counseling, and facilitate community outreach. In this role, under the oversight of the Elder Board, he will draft and deliver sermons, provide clear guidance to the Leader Team of volunteers who are responsible for the church’s ministries, and develop programs that exemplify and encourage faith in our religious ideals. He will also plan community activities and assist with outreach efforts. As a public representative of our faith, he must have a deep understanding of and passion for the Word of God, practice an active prayer life, and demonstrate on-going development as he personally grows in Christlikeness.
