Job Summary
The worship minister’s primary focus will be leading, overseeing and ensuring that Central’s Sunday morning worship services engage attendees in worship that pleases and honors God. The worship minister will be responsible for selecting and leading songs, taking charge of practice times, coordinating volunteers to serve on the worship and audio visual teams, leading/encouraging the congregation in worship. We currently use a blended style that leans more towards contemporary than traditional. A quality singing voice and engaging stage presence are needed. The ability to play an instrument is not necessary but would be a definite plus.
