Carroll Church of Christ is an independent Church of Christ/Christian Church. Our ministry is placed in Carroll, IA, a rural town with the feel of a much bigger city as we are the biggest population center for 65 miles. Our church’s mission and heartbeat is to connect people with Jesus. Though we are a small, older congregation, our community is thriving with young families and we believe God has called us to make an impact in the next generation. We have a few young families that are actively involved in the church and we hope to lead others in the community into a growing relationship with Jesus.

Job Summary
The role of the Next Generation Minister is to lead the charge of making disciples of the next generation (birth - high school) in the Carroll Church of Christ. This is primarily done through leading the ministries designed to help the next generation connect with Jesus. He or she is responsible for casting the vision for the direction of the Next Generation ministry, helping to organize and prepare the programs and events that pertain to this area of ministry, and training and equipping the team of volunteers that work within this area of ministry.
