The Browning Central Christian Church in rural southeast Schuyler County is 65 miles from Lincoln, IL. The congregation is small, but has a rich history of helping ministers getting started in them preaching ministry. They see themselves as a laboratory church. They are open to negotiating a minister’s needs that they can supply. They are open to: Full time salary, with parsonage and commuting to LCS for class, bi-vocational with parsonage, part time commuting to Browning on weekends or for Sunday services and at other times for pastoral needs such as calling, praying and counseling with members, funerals, etc. Negotiables: Salary and utilities, insurance on parsonage, travel allowances, and tuition for graduate classes.
