Job Summary
The Kids Director/Pastor will lead the Kids Ministry (birth - 5th grade) at Bridgeway Church. They will lead a team of volunteer leaders to create effective ministry to kids and their families. In this role, the Kids Director will provide regular, consistent ministry that will help kids meet and follow Jesus. This person will also be responsible for building and managing a budget, communication with parents, recruiting and training volunteers, implementing and executing the Orange Strategy, leading special events for kids and families, and ensuring kids are able to engage Jesus at their age level. The Kids Director/Pastor will report directly to the Lead Pastor.
