Job Summary
The student minister will work to provide a safe place where students feel they can belong, believe, and become lifelong disciples of Jesus. The student minister will oversee, develop and coordinate all areas of student ministry and help equip adults (parents, guardians and others in the church) to disciple students.

It is essential that any candidates be able to articulate their philosophy of student ministry. While we understand a new staff member will need to assess the situation here at BCCAnderson, we believe the new minister must also know, in generalities, what direction he/she will want to take the program.
