Job Summary
Associate/Youth Pastor:
We are looking for a team player to join our staff team who is passionate about working with youth and their families to oversee the student ministry (7th -12th grade) and help with other needed areas in the church body. We have an awesome group of 50-60 students attending our midweek programs. This position requires the ability to connect with students, as well as recruit, train, and disciple leaders within the student ministry. Skills and abilities in other areas of ministry, such as preaching, worship, or small groups, are welcomed and this is a great opportunity to grow in and use those giftings. Four-year bible college degree preferred. Starting salary is $50,000 with paid vacation and matching 401k.
