Ten Rules for Pioneering the Future of Youth Ministry
Krystal Unrein is a native of Surprise, Arizona and a graduate of Manhattan Christian College. She now lives in Joplin, MO where she has been working with Christ in Youth to call students to Kingdom work since 2014. She has a great passion for discipling both children and students. She and her husband, Brandon love to spend their free time traveling, drinking coffee, eating spicy food, and watching football.
A graduate of Ozark Christian College, Lane served as the youth minister at Highland Park Christian Church in Tulsa, OK for five years before joining the MOVE team in 2012 to serve on the creative programing team. Now as a program director on the MOVE team, he works to ensure the program and development come together to make MOVE the best and easiest event to which youth ministers can take their students. During the pandemic, Lane spent hours and hours talking to groups of youth ministers from around the world on Zoom. Under his leadership, CIY created MOVE/AT, a digital program that saved the summer experience for 50,000 young people across the United States. Outside of the office you’ll find Lane dating his wife, Kelli; wrestling his three sons – Canon, Ledger and Knox; cheering on the Oklahoma State Cowboys; and reading great books … all with a cup of coffee in one hand. He and his family are members of College Heights Christian Church in Joplin, MO.
