Job Summary
Rochester Christian Church is seeking a new Jr. High/Sr. High Student Pastor. This position is responsible for overseeing the ministry to our students and the volunteers who serve in this ministry. This ministry has a lot of potential being in a small town setting, but drawing students from nearby Springfield, IL as well, which creates a larger school with a small town feel. We are seeking someone who will live out God’s Word as a leader and example to students, establish a partnership with adult volunteers and gain the commitment of student leaders, have a sense of urgency for student ministry, empower parents, and build genuine relationships with students and our local school.
