Job Summary
Rochester Christian Church is seeking a discipleship pastor who will have four main areas of responsibility:
- Participate in our weekly worship services as a member of our preaching/teaching team and by hosting worship services
- Continue to expand our small group and SS ministries with excellence
- Oversee a pro-active approach to increase our volunteer recruitment and training for ministry, and
- Partner with our Lead Pastor in assuming ownership to drive our strategic plan toward the fulfillment of our vision and core values.
