Job Summary
The Youth Director/Pastor will assist in the establishment, direction, planning and implementation of the youth program (pre-K through 12th grade) at River Oaks Christian Church. This involves the continuation of already established programs, program evaluation, removal of programs, and implementation of new programs under the direction of Church Leadership. The Youth Director/Pastor will be expected to work with Maturity Ministry team to provide direction and oversight of entire youth ministry program.
