Job Summary
1. Oversee the collection of rent from the various tenants 2. Perform light maintenance such as vacuuming, some cleaning, lawn care, etc. 3. Maintain contact with various vendors to perform other essential services 4. Be available to the requests of tenants 5. Assist screening of applicants for the complex 6. Prepare financial statements 7. Perform other duties as required.
