Job Description

Job Summary

Lone Tree Ranch, sitting at 7000' at the base of the Capitan Mountains is looking for high energy summer guides to lead Jr.- and Sr. High-aged students in High Adventure Activities with the purpose of communicating and sharing their faith in Jesus Christ. We are a nondenominational private Christian Camp that will serve over 1000 Jr.- and Sr. High-aged students this summer. Using activities such as rappelling, high ropes courses, fat bikes, zip lines, and much more to build relationships with students, all our summer staff work as a team to take care of all of the daily needs of the camp. This includes guiding activities for 4 to 5 hours per day, assisting with serving meals, daily wipe down of camp, and most importantly leading small group Bible studies and conversations. We DO NOT have the traditional summer counselor type role as the leaders of the attending groups stay in cabins with students. We are a smaller staff of 24 college-aged students which creates an incredible environment for community and team. We can train you to lead the activities, but you must be ready to come with the heart to serve and love others.
