A vibrant, non-denominational Christian church located in Lexington, Ohio, LCC averages 150-175 people during our Sunday morning worship service and we serve approximately 90 children. We serve Richland, Morrow and surrounding counties. The church oversees seven Life Groups, or home small groups, which help develop close relationships within the congregation. Job Summary

The Youth/Family Minister's primary responsibilities will be to coordinate the Children and Youth programs at LCC. He will be a strong relationship builder that helps to coordinate all K-12 activities. This candidate will oversee our Sunday Morning Kids Own Worship (Grades K-6) and Sunday evening Adventure Club (Grades PreK - 3), RTE 456 (Grades 4-6) and Elevation (Grades 7-12) programs. The Youth/Family Minister will work closely with the Senior Minister and report to the elders. His full role and secondary responsibilities will be coordinated with the Senior Minister and elders depending on the gifts and passions of the candidate. There will be additional opportunities to preach, participate in hospital visits and coordinate community outreach.
