Job Summary
The Discipleship/Involvement Minister is responsible to oversee and optimize the opportunities for Discipleship in our Church family and community and for the process of seeing Church guests becoming disciples who make disciples.
The responsibilities would include expanding our already vibrant discipleship groups, helping to communicate our discipling vision to the congregation as well as establishing processes to get church family and guests involved in groups and different ministries.

Applicant Requirements
The applicant needs to be a relational person with ministry experience, have an undergraduate degree in a related field, and must work well in a team environment. A passion for the Kingdom and Discipleship is also necessary.
