Lifeguard, Ropes Course Facilitator, Housekeeping, Grounds and Maintenance, Lakeside Grill, Dining Hall and More Options Available!

We are a camp and conference center with the primary goal of "creating space for people to encounter Jesus." Each year, Encounter Ministry holds five Men's events, four Women's events, one Marriage weekend, Kids and Youth Summer camps and more! This summer, we will host over 8500 youth and we are looking for staff to lock arms with us from May-August as we serve these youth and their families.

We are looking to fill about 40 summer staff positions from May-August! There are many options available for all different skill levels. If you love the outdoors, there are lifeguard and ropes course positions available for you! If you prefer air conditioning, we have something for you too! Dining hall, housekeeping, waitressing, and so much more! We provide your housing and meals, plus you will be paid an hourly wage. We'd love to have you join our team and help us create space for people to encounter Jesus!
