Children's Minister

Lowell Church of Christ is a thriving church with a long history extending over 150 years! The church boasts a stable, healthy staff including a Senior Minister who has served Lowell for the past 36 years, and a Youth Minister who has served for 16 years. The Children's Minister is responsible for all ministry involving children from birth to fifth grade. In keeping with the mission of Lowell Church of Christ to "Seek Him Constantly, Serve Him Faithfully, and Share Him Boldly," the Children's Minister will partner with parents in the discipleship of children.Example Responsibilities: -Recruit & train a team of Children's Ministry volunteers. -Oversee Sunday morning programming for kids. -Develop a strategic plan for discipleship. -Plan and lead key ministry events (example could include CIY Superstart, VBS/Summer Camps, Trunk or Treat, etc.) -Provide quality communication with parents. -Work alongside Senior and Youth Minister to meet the pastoral needs of church families.Details: -Full time salary negotiable starting at $45,000 a year. -Work expectations are 40-45 hours per week.
