Advancement Coordinator

Berean Holiness is a nonprofit ministry that exists to support believers through the process of leaving hyper fundamentalism/cultish churches and rebuilding their faith. We accomplish this mission by providing faith-based resources and community support—educational content (articles, podcasts, videos), community groups and Bible studies (via Zoom), one-on-one support, private online community, resource directories, and in-person events. Our aim is to provide all resources at no cost to those we serve; we're excited to onboard an Advancement Coordinator towards this goal.

We’re in search of an Advancement Coordinator to care for our financial partners and grow our donor base—providing updates, thanking supporters, tracking donations, coordinating events, implementing fundraising strategies, and more.The role of Advancement Coordinator is a hybrid position. Most work will be completed remotely, with regular, in-person meetings in Joplin and travel up to six times a year.This role includes event coordination, fundraising, donor development, nonprofit administration, database management, and public speaking.The ideal candidate will have: excellent interpersonal skills, strong administrative skills, strong communication skills (writing and speaking), and share our nonprofit’s values and mission.For more information, see: BereanHoliness.com/jobs
