Organizational Leadership

The Organizational Leadership major at Ozark Christian College in Joplin, Missouri, equips students to engage in any level of leadership within an organization. You'll learn leadership principles and practices through the classroom setting and hands-on experience. You'll also hear from church and business leaders and learn a servant-based, Christ-centered approach to leading.

Organizational Leadership students are prepared to:

 

  • serve in any level of leadership within an organization.
  • employ a biblical foundation for leadership in various contexts.
