Organizational Leadership

The Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership degree at Ozark Christian College in Joplin, Missouri, equips students to engage in any level of leadership within an organization. You'll learn leadership principles and practices through the classroom setting and hands-on experience. You'll also hear from church and business leaders and learn a servant-based, Christ-centered approach to leading.
