Children's Ministry students are prepared to:
- teach the Bible to children in creative ways.
- equip parents to teach their kids about Jesus.
- organize and lead a children’s ministry program.
Most people who make a decision to follow Jesus do so before age 13. To impact the world for Christ, then, there's no better place than service in children’s ministry. Students pursuing the Bachelor of Arts in Children's Ministry at Ozark Christian College in Joplin, Missouri, will learn how to teach the Bible to children in creative ways, recruit and train volunteers, equip parents to teach their kids about Jesus, design children’s ministry environments, and organize a children’s ministry program.
"I walked in to grow my childish faith. I'm walking out to inspire a childlike faith." -Jessica

"Kids aren't just the future of the church. They are the church right now. I know of no better way to invest in the kingdom of God than to teach kids about Jesus. 'For the kingdom of God belongs to such as these.'" (Mark 10:14)
