Jan. 5: Payment plan signed or full payment made
Jan. 6-10: Winter Session
Jan. 10: Residence halls open for new students
Jan. 11: (2 p.m.) Last day to add/drop on the portal; residence halls open for returning students
Jan. 13: (8 a.m.) Semester begins; charge for add/drop begins
Jan. 17-18: Ambassadors Weekend (grades 9-12)
Jan. 20: MLK, Jr. Day – no classes – offices closed
Jan. 21: (4:30 p.m.) Last day to register or to add a course; last day for dropping without showing on transcript; last day for 100% refund of fees; last day to change audit status
Jan. 27: (4:30 p.m.) Last day for 90% refund of fees
Feb. 1: Payment #1 due
Feb. 3: (4:30 p.m.) Last day for 75% refund of fees 
Feb. 17-19: Preaching-Teaching Convention occ.edu/pt
Feb. 24: Last day for 60% refund of fees
