FALL SEMESTER ENROLLMENT FOR RETURNING STUDENTS


Monday, August 23, 2010
Here is the schedule for enrollment for the Fall semester. The student body will be divided by class, are we are asking everyone to come through when their class is scheduled to enroll. Doing so will help you proceed through the line much quicker and avoid long lines. Please make arrangements for your work schedules to be arranged around your enrollment time. Exceptions will not be made for work conflicts.

8:00 am-9:00 am Seniors Only
9:00 am-10:15 am Juniors & Seniors Only
10:15 am-12:00 pm Sophomores, Juniors & Seniors Only

1:00 pm-3:30 pm Freshmen, Sophomores, Juniors & Seniors

0 – 29 Earned Hours Freshmen
30 – 59 Earned Hours Sophomores
60 – 89 Earned Hours Juniors
90+ Earned Hours Seniors
Class is determined by the number of earned hours on the OCC transcript as of August 1, 2010. If you are taking courses this summer at another institution, you will need to have your official transcript sent in order for these hours to be included in your earned hours.
Students unable to enroll on this day will need to go through the late enrollment procedure. This begins Tuesday, August 24 at 1:30 pm in the Business Office. There is a $60 late enrollment fee.

END-OF-THE-SEMESTER GRADES


Grades are due on Thursday, May 27. All students will receive a copy of their grades. Students that have turned in a summer address will receive their grades at their summer address. All other students will receive their grades at their permanent address.

Any additional copies of grades that are needed (to parents, churches, scholarship committees, etc.) can only be mailed if a student signs a release. Students who signed a release in Fall 2009 do not need to sign another one. All releases must be signed prior to leaving for summer break. Once grades have been run, additional copies cannot be printed.

Students that are unsure if they have signed a release or have any questions, please check with the Registrar’s Office.
