     Requirements:   In full coordination with the mentoring pastor, the intern will receive one full day off each week plus part of Saturday. The intern will be at the church for all main weekend services, including Children’s services: 5-6 pm Saturdays and 8 am - 1 pm on Sundays. The weekly office expectation is a minimum of 30 hours as scheduled in conjunction with the mentoring pastor. 45 hours is a standard work week. Additional days off will be granted, especially after a busy season of ministry. The intern will be available to help coordinate and conduct programs/events as directed (flexibility is imperative).
     To Apply:   This individual needs to be a devoted follower of Jesus with an ever-deepening relationship with Him and has a passion for leading a children's ministry program at a local church. As a leader in Christ’s church, this individual is expected to be of the highest moral and ethical character according to the Biblical standard as well as the CCC staff guidelines. This person must be able to complete tasks on time, attend scheduled meetings on time, and inform mentor of any concerns or conflicts.

     Requirements:   The Field Specialist contributes to the mission trip experience for participants and groups by providing a positive leadership role managing the projects assigned to groups and serves as guide, teacher and coach for volunteers and program participants. Position functions include but aren't limited to: PROJECT COORDINATION – Work with the Ministry Planning Boards to verify bios and vendors to ensure accurate delivery of materials.      Requirements:   The senior pastor is the church's only paid employee for ministry. The church office is staffed by members who volunteer their services. The senior pastor prepares and preaches sermons for our Sunday morning service, assists the Sunday School Superintendent in determining the curriculum for use in Sunday morning classes, and meets with the elders on a monthly basis. There is a Ministerial Alliance for the ministers of the churches in Auburn, and our pastor has always been a member of the Alliance to represent our church. The churches donate money to the Ministerial Alliance during the year, and it assists with the needs of the poor in Auburn at their request when a need is determined.
