The Leadership would also like you to assist the Lead Pastor in the continual development of our Small Group program. Lastly, we are devoted to developing the God-given talents and abilities of the Associate Pastor. The Leadership at Centralia Christian doesn’t believe that Pastors need to fit into a certain mold or box so we will encourage you to use your natural God-given abilities and talents to further the mission and vision here at Centralia Christian Church.
