Women's Minister
This is a
Full-Time position with
Christian Campus House in Springfield,
Missouri.
Job Requirements:We are seeking two Christ-centered, mission-minded, high-energy women to do outreach and shepherding with college-age women beginning during the summer of 2013. We seek young women who exude care for others and who are extremely enthused about reaching out to students in order to enthuse them about following and serving Jesus. One position will include about ten hours per week doing office management duties--banking, financial record-keeping, publication production and mailings. Both involve outreach and mentoring with college-age women, along with organizing events and creating new service opportunities for students.
Application Requirements:Applicants must have an undergraduate degree. Particular attributes sought include solid Biblical knowledge, Christ-centered theology, friendliness, organizational skills, basic computer and internet literacy, and joy about mentoring other women toward maturity. Experience in campus ministry is a plus. Ideal starting date would be July 1, 2013. During school semesters, fifty hour work weeks are the norm, with much time flexibility during summers and Christmas breaks. Applicants need to be willing to spend up to five weeks per year outside the U. S. helping lead mission trips.
