Worthington Christian Church in Worthington,
Indiana.
Job Requirements:Purpose of Position: To provide spiritual leadership for the congregation through Bible-based teachings and by being a model of spiritual maturity. Position Summary: Minister will: Proclaim the gospel from the pulpit and by his everyday life. Provide academic and spiritual growth in the people. Work with elders and deacons as a member on Christ's body. Provide the board with monthly Minister's report, as well as attend the monthly board meetings. Actively engage in fellowship and outreach (calling) to membership. Start and maintain an active youth group. Supervisory Duties: Manage his own office. Maintain office hours. Encourage leaders academically and spiritually. Be involved with the Ministerial Association.
