Qualifications of the successful candidate include: - Ordained by a New Testament church - Graduate of a Christian Bible college - Committed to preaching God’s Word - Skilled in helping the congregation implement God’s Word - Comfortable preaching to the entire church family from young to old - Able to interact successfully with the church family and the community - Strong leadership qualities: a self-starter who works well with others - Attend meetings of the church board and board of elders.
