The Admission Counselor is the face and voice of Ozark Christian College. Reporting to the Director of Admissions, the Admission Counselor is the first point of contact for students and parents beginning the admission process. He or she is responsible for identifying, recruiting, admitting, and enrolling traditional or non-traditional students in accordance with the mission of Ozark Christian College, “to train men and women for Christian service.” Along with assisting students through the enrollment process, they will also be responsible for meeting enrollment goals as determined by Strategic Enrollment Planning Team. In addition, the Admission Counselor is responsible for developing and managing relationships with local churches and influencers in his/her geographic recruitment territory through travel, telemarketing, and intensive directive counseling for individuals and groups. This is a non-faculty position.
