Job Description Document
The Case Managers primary function is to serve as the liaison between volunteers and the children who benefit from our program. This position is responsible for providing match support to ensure the safety of these children, promote a positive and constructive environment and instill a strong sense of affiliation with BBBS on the part of volunteers. A successful Case Manager will focus on identifying, qualifying, and cultivating volunteers. The following metrics will be closely monitored: 12 month retention rate, number of matches over 12 months, closure rate, percent of match support contacts completed in a timely manner, average match length and effective quality assurance. The Case Manager will strive to reach the agency's target goals for children served. Integrity, vision and passion are essential for this role. You MUST have... - Bachelor's Degree with an emphasis in Education, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or Child and Family Development or a related field. - Proficient skills with Microsoft Office software - Valid Driver's license - Willing to Work flexible hours including some nights and weekends.
