Children's Ministry Intern
This is a
Full-Time position with
Canyon Ridge Christian Church in Las Vegas,
Nevada.
Job Requirements:An
energetic, charismatic, and teachable person to serve as a summer intern who
will assist the Children’s Ministries to lead, develop and grow students and
adult & student leaders.
Able to teach large
groups of students from stage.
Assist in developing
and executing summer camps and other events.
Meet weekly with
ministry director.
Willing and able to
recruit and mentor adult and student leadership.
Assist in developing
creative weekend and summer programming for students.
Ability to write small
group questions and lead small groups of students.
Learning and gathering
resources that will help in your future ministry.
Other duties as
required.
Application Requirements:Must maintain confidentiality with sensitive
information. Good organizational and management skills required. General people skills and passion for
kids/students is required. Must be
teachable. Understand and comply with
church rules, regulations, policies, and procedures. High
School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Some ministerial training preferred, but not required. 6 months working with your or related field
preferred, but not required.
